Conference paper. Five vertical pipes with stacked PZT-5A discs struck by impact balls driven by wave motion; laboratory tests at 0.1–2 Hz and 3.5 % salinity gave up to 1.28 V per pipe and about 20 mW per wave event with 70 g steel balls and double-disc stacks (abstract). One laboratory demonstration in a small venue: demonstrated, not replicated.
