Abstract read (open access; OSTI 1386838). The μTPV generator: a silicon propane microcombustor, an integrated high-temperature photonic-crystal selective thermal emitter, four 0.55 eV GaInAsSb thermophotovoltaic diodes and a maximum-power-point-tracking converter; operated to 800 °C combustor temperature with 13.7 W of thermal input, generating 344 mW of electric power over a 1 cm² area — 2.5 % measured against a 2.7 % prediction for the simplified system (up to 32 % predicted for the full design).

Derived from the citing claims only: the families, matrix cells and routes those claims take part in.

D = disequilibrium row · C = coupling family column. A cell reads the state of the atlas for that pair.
