Abstract read on the publisher's page. A piston-assisted thermoacoustic engine integrated with a honeycomb-structured freestanding contact-separation triboelectric nanogenerator: a nonlinear CFD model of the onset; stable self-sustained oscillations at heating temperatures around 150 °C; peak power 0.49 mW at 80 MΩ; four stacked units charge 1 μF to 17.05 V in 10 s; with power management the harvested energy runs a wireless temperature sensor.
